Claude is an AI chatbot developed by Anthropic, similar to ChatGPT, founded by a former vice president of OpenAI. Although it may not match GPT-4, it excels in continuous conversation, writing novels, coding, and explaining concepts.
Claude is currently in a free usage phase; you just need to register for a Slack account, and it can be used without a VPN.
Step 1: Register for a Slack Account
Open the Slack website: https://slack.com/get-started#/createnew
You can register directly using a Gmail account (QQ email is not supported), or log in with Google or Apple accounts. Here, I will register using a Gmail account.
Fill in the verification code
Create a workspace
After creating the workspace, fill in your name and skip the invitation.
Step 2: Add Claude in Slack
Open the website www.anthropic.com, and click Add to Slack
Allow authorization
Authorization successful. If you encounter errors like 403, you can retry multiple times. You can also tell me your email on WeChat (go2071), and I can add you to my channel.
Back in Slack, you will find an application called Claude added to your Slack.Step 3: Experience Claude
You can enter any channel, @Claude in the chat window, and invite the Claude bot to join the channel to start a group chat.

The channel is similar to a group chat, where everyone can see the message content. You can also click on Claude in the application list to chat directly with Claude, which is equivalent to a one-on-one private chat.If you do not have a ChatGPT account, Claude can serve as an alternative. Of course, if you want to use the most advanced AIGC, you must experience GPT-4.
