However, the results generated by these AIGC tools are text or images. Can AI directly generate 3D space plans? A 3D model that can be edited in SU or CAD, rather than just an image.
If you want AI to generate 3D models, the first step is to create a training set of urban space 3D models, followed by learning and training.
Behind artificial intelligence is a vast amount of data. Over about three years, we created a city space 3D dataset covering over 300 cities globally and 500,000+ 3D samples. We then conducted over a hundred million learning and training sessions using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) algorithms, ultimately establishing machine 3D spatial cognition across multiple dimensions such as style and development intensity.
On this basis, we launched the world’s first 3D-AIGC intelligent city design platform—Shifang DEEPUD. After nearly three years of learning and training, Shifang DEEPUD has mastered over 5 major categories, 20+ medium categories, and 300+ minor categories of spatial style models, which can help designers intelligently generate design solutions, providing infinite creativity and possibilities.
Although the technical principles are complex, Shifang DEEPUD is very simple to use. If you want AI to generate a 3D plan for a plot, you only need to select or create a plot boundary, set the project type, plot indicators, and other simulation conditions, and then click the simulation button.
You can then simulate urban forms based on the selected plot’s conditions.
On the right side, eight alternative simulation results will appear. If you are not satisfied with the results in the list, you can click “Change Batch” to re-simulate and intelligently generate a second batch of plans;
or you can click “More Similar” to generate more plans similar to the selected one.
The plans intelligently generated by Shifang DEEPUD support online editing (modifying building heights and dimensions, etc.), support wind environment analysis, skyline, one-click spatial quantitative analysis, and can also export CAD or SU supported format files for further editing in CAD or SU.
