When we see some good articles, how can we instantly turn them into electronic versions by taking a photo? Below, I will introduce the image recognition function in DingTalk and WeChat: “You take the photo, I recognize the text,” allowing printed text materials to instantly become electronic versions.

1. Specific Method for Using the Image Recognition Function in DingTalk:

1. First, open your phone, find and click the [DingTalk] icon as shown in the picture below.

2. The second step is to open the software and click the [Collaboration] icon as indicated by the red box in the picture below.

3. The third step is to click the [Document] icon on the [Collaboration] page, according to the red box in the picture below.

4. The fourth step is to click the [Image Recognition] icon on the [Document] page, according to the red box in the picture below.

5. The fifth step is to click the [Album]/[Take Photo] icon on the redirected page, according to the red box in the picture below.

6. The sixth step is to click the [Start Recognition] option after uploading is complete, as indicated by the red box in the picture below.

7. Finally, after recognition is complete, according to the red box in the picture below, you can copy, forward, or export the text as needed.

2. Specific Method for Using the Image Recognition Function in WeChat:

1. Open WeChat, click [Discover], then scroll to the bottom and click [Mini Programs].

2. In the search bar at the top, click [Search Mini Programs], enter [Image Recognition] in the search bar. After searching, it will look as shown in the picture below:

3. After entering [Image Recognition], select the type of image text, choose it, and then click [Start Shooting/Select from Album].

4. After uploading the text, click [Start Recognition].

5. Now it has been converted to an electronic version. Click [Copy Text] at the bottom of the page, then click [Send to WeChat] or [Export/Forward].
