Industry pioneers from Microsoft, China Mobile Online, Luma Technology, and 360 gathered to discuss how three cutting-edge AI Agent products and solutions from Laiye Technology—Digital Employee Development Assistant, Knowledge Management and Q&A Assistant, AI Document Review Assistant—become the three innovative tools for enterprise intelligent transformation.
The emergence of the Digital Employee Development Assistant has brought revolutionary changes to the industry, especially in the hotel service sector.Luma Technology CTO Duan Mu first pointed out that although the service processes in the hotel industry appear unified at the group level, at the store level, due to various adjustments and fine-tuning needs, traditional service models often require frequent changes, directly affecting service delivery efficiency. Li Mian, General Manager of Microsoft’s Azure Division for Greater China believes that with the global expansion of enterprises, multi-language and real-time document review has become particularly important. He pointed out that AI Agents have broad application prospects in this area, capable of helping enterprises quickly process large volumes of documents, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. He specifically mentioned the capability of the AI Document Review Assistant to customize review content based on different industries and scenarios, demonstrating high adaptability and flexibility across various industries and scenarios.
