Previously, CSM was only available on Discord. The web version was released at the end of June this year, allowing users to experience it for free directly on the official website. After logging in with an email, click the “Image to 3D” button, upload a local image, and click generate. You will soon see the 3D model effect after the training is completed.
It is recommended to upload images with a white background and strong three-dimensionality, as this will speed up the model generation and improve the results.

AI Synthesizing CG Characters
Wonder Dynamics is a startup founded in 2017 by actor Tye Sheridan and visual effects expert Nikola Todorovic, aimed at developing AI-driven tools for filmmakers.
Its Wonder Studio began beta testing in March this year, allowing users to replace actors in videos with 3D CG characters with one click. AI automatically detects and tracks the character’s every move, including animation, lighting, and compositing adjustments, making CGI (computer-generated imagery) film production more efficient and cost-effective.
Last month, Wonder Studio officially opened for public testing, allowing new accounts to experience it for free. After logging in with an email, the first step is to select the actor you want to synthesize in the video, the second step is to choose or upload your own CG character from the Wonder library to replace that actor. AI will automatically render, and you can export the video to save it locally, while also supporting output to Blender, Unreal Engine, Maya, and other software.
Free accounts can only use preset demo videos and characters for conversion; more customization features require payment, with subscription fees starting at $19 per month or $203.88 per year.
